Game 4. Twins at the Jays

This series is going to a fifth and a final game.

Jim Gott was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete
game and right fielder Jesse Barfield hit one over the fence and had 2 RBI at
Exhibition Stadium as the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Minnesota Twins by the
count of 12 to 3.

Gott(1-0) earned his pay with a solid performance for Toronto. He allowed 9
hits and 3 walks in 9 innings. Toronto banged out 14 hits on the night.

Ken Schrom(1-1) was the losing pitcher. Toronto knocked him around a bit, as
he gave up 7 runs in 4 innings.
